These Terms of Service govern your use of goldenbeautyskincare.com and your purchases from Golden Beauty Skincare ("Golden Beauty," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Review the full ingredient list before use, perform a patch test, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use if you have a known allergy to gold, metals or any listed ingredient. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or quantities beyond normal personal use. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy), both of which are part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, photos, videos, logos and product designs, belongs to Golden Beauty or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Information about gold and skincare is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to our products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
