Complimentary Shipping on Every Order

Every Golden Beauty order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Packaging

Each product arrives in its signature black and gold gift box, ready to give or keep.

Address changes and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address, email us as soon as possible at support@goldenbeautyskincare.com; we can update it if the order has not yet shipped. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
